With the continuous development of economic level and the increasing of ability ofscience and technology, the consumption level is continuously improved. This makesthe car’s demand and inventory increased quickly. The quickly update of automobileproducts lead to these life cycle shorter and shorter, and the number of scrap cars isincreasing. So for the ELV recycling become the current situation problem of the socialconcern. So far, China still has not impeccable ELV recycling reverse logistics networksystem. How to reasonably optimize the scrap car reverse logistics system, make theELV reverse logistics operation efficiency and achieve benefit maximized is he mostattention problems of enterprises. This article based on the experience of the domestic and foreign reverse logisticsdevelopment, combined theory with practice. In this paper, the ELV recycling reverselogistics system has been researched, and the structure model of ELV recycling reverselogistics system has been set up. This paper is set in car manufacturing enterprise whichengaged in the ELV recovery and remanufacturing. Full consideration of the wholesystem optimal and inventory control strategy, this paper puts forward LRIP(Location-Routing-Inventory Problem) model of independent ELV recycling reverseslogistics system for remanufacturing returns, and the LRIP model of remanufacturingclosed-loop logistics system with backhauls. To determine the best number of recyclingcentre, and to get recovery transport path according to the number of the recyclingcentre and positioning, this paper realized the coordinate combination of location, inventory control strategy in ELV reverse logistics system. Because the LRIP problembelongs to NP-Hard problem which cannot be exact solution, this paper designed twoimproved two stage heuristic algorithm to find the solution of the model. Finally basedon the numerical examples validate the feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
