The research content of this paper comes from the Foundation for the Author of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of PR China (No. 200565).For a two-echelon supply chain system made up of the distribution center and the sales-points, the paper separately studies the inventory routing problem that the system is integrated and decentralized. For a two-echelon integrated supply chain system, the paper studies the problem of how the distribution center to decide the optimal delivery interval of sales-points and the vehicle routing problem taking into account capacity load under the deterministic demand and no shortage occurring at the sales-points. In the process of solving this problem, this paper separates it into district division and distribution cycle. It offers the integral policy, which requests that the allocation cycle of the distribution center must be integral times of every sales-point's; uses genetic algorithm to generate and select the best decision of the allocation cycle and district division. For a two-echelon decentralized supply chain, the paper studies the problem of how the distribution center and sales-points to decide the allocation cycle and district division, with the help of the sharing transportation cost, under the deterministic demand and no shortage occurring at the sales-points. At last, make decision of each one's transportation cost, according to the distribution of cost saving.Numerical experiment verifies the effectiveness of the above scheme in dealing with these two-echelon supply chains.
