The Research On Choice In Organization Patterns Of Characteristical Agricultural Products Chain In Hefei Project

Based on pertinent literature,consultation of experts and investigation,applying theories of system analysis and decision analysis,the paper studies the organization patterns of characteristics of the agricultural industry chain as following procedure:Trend and Theoretical Study-Evaluation and Selection-Implementation.The purpose of the paper is not only to provide scientfic bases for the investors to select organization pattern,including those who have already invested to characteristics of the agricultural industry chain and those who are going to,but also provide ideas for governments to accelerate agriculture industrialization,improve competition in characteristics of the agricultural industry of Hefei,and safeguard national food security.The paper includes:Firstly, the paper provides an overview of the status quo about domestic and foreign scholars on the organization patterns of industry chain,and also introduces the related concepts of the organization patterns of agricultural chain;Then, the paper analyzes the inherent law and identity of the organization patterns, evaluates the existing industrial chain model;Then expoundes the four main categories organization patterns which consist of relational market transactions, agricultural products processing enterprises+ farmers, agricultural products processing enterprises+ agent computer+ farmers, vertical integration patten of characteristics of the agricultural industry chain and characteristics effect; Finally,FeiXi Old Hen Group as an example, using of group analytic hierachy process, the paper studies the relationship which consist of integration, market, equity strategy and long-term contracts between the agricultural products processing enterprises and downstream vendors of the agricultural product chain, points out that the vertical integration of operations is the inherent requirement of agricultural industrial chain.
