With the intensification of agricultural supply chain and in-depth development ofthe theory of market competition, the conception and theory of traditional managementthinking is showing its limitation gradually. Recently, with the "Three Rural Issues", therural issues concerning "agriculture, countryside and farmers, have always been the toppriority of the Chinese government and the development of agricultural industrialization,the development level of agricultural products supply chain has been the importantfactors in the effect on economic development and protection of people’s livingstandards, the importance of supply chain management has been widely concerned. Toomany links, the chain is too long, the overall level of collaboration and poor sharing ofinformation etc. cause an increase in agricultural products supply chain risk. Therefore,to analyze and evaluate agricultural products supply chain risk has extremely importantsignificance on improving agricultural products supply chain status, reducing the risk ofagricultural products supply chain and strengthening risk prevention.This paper firstly, combed domestic and foreign literature associated with riskassessment of agricultural products supply chain systemically, elaborated the meaningof agricultural products supply chain risk, on the basis of the work, compared severalcommon agricultural supply chain risk assessment methods to know that theIntuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (IFAHP) is more suitable for theagricultural supply chain risk assessment reaserach. Secondly, conducted a morecomprehensive understanding of the risk factors in agricultural products supply chain,elaborated elements of agricultural supply chain risk and then constructed theagricultural supply chain risk evaluation index system of Huaibei area. Finally,combined with the the actual situation of agricultural supply chain in Huaibei area,carried an empirical research on the current agricultural products supply chain risk,using the intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model. Through therelatively accurate calculation, determined agricultural supply chain risk factorsassociated with weights, and proposed path of agricultural supply chain risk preventionoptions.
