The Study In Technology And Economic Policy Of Biomass

Biomass energy as an important renewable energy, with characteristics of many types of resources and wide range distributions, can be converted into fuel ethanol and bio-diesel and many other high-grade energy, which can be as a wide range of alternatives of conventional energy resources. Which urged many governments to take various policy measures to promote biomass energy in aspects of development and utilization, in Europe and the United States especially, where have developed a variety of preferential policies in financial and tax to promote biomass energy industries. The development and utilization of Biomass energy in our country is still in its initial stage, some relevant policies are not sound yet, lacking effective protection of policies. and making good use of biomass energy has not only been an important measure of increasing energy supply, protecting enviornment and achieving sustainable development, but also develop a recycling economy inherent requirement. This paper mainly introduces the development of biomass energy technologies and taxation experience of foreign policy to foster the practice and put forward proposals and arrangements of related systems in China.
