Analysis On Application Of Biomass Energy Technology And Technology-economy Evaluation On Projects Investment

Recently, with the continual and rapid development of economy, China is facing austere problems of strained supply-demand relations in energy, unreasonable energy structure, utilization inefficiency, serious environmental problems and threatened energy security. As an important clean new energy source, biomass energy has the advantages of reproducibility, less pollution, distributing universality etc. Exploring and utilizing biomass energy is an important strategic measure to build up a resource-economical and environment-friendly society and realize sustainable development.With the beginning of analyzing the current energy crisis and the situation of sustainable development, this paper points out the necessity of developing reproducible energy, especially biomass energy. According to developing emphasis put forward in medium and long-term development program of reproducible energy, it analyzes respectively the application of biomass power generation, biogas engineering, biomass liquid fuel and biomass solid molding fuel technology, compares the developing status home and abroad, indicates the industries developing problems in China and predicts their market prospects.This paper applys technology-economy evaluation method by setting up different models to financial and national economy evaluation on biomass investing projects.At last by analyzing the restricted factors that influence the evaluation indexes, this paper brings forward the policy on biomass strategic implement.The innovative point of this paper is that it analyzes the feasibility of fourkinds of investing projects according to the newest trend of national policy on biomass energy technologies. It makes horizontal comparation among different scales and raw materials of the same technology and vertical comparation among the four technologies. By contrast with traditional method, this paper takes environment cost internalization model into consideration, and it makes a sense to guide the evaluation and implement of new resource projects which environmental benefit are completely reflected in this way.
