From the vertical aspect,F-K model is established to verify the influencing factors of vertical intra-industry trade of woody forest products of China.Finally,based on the analysis in above,the conclusion is that the level of intra-industry trade of woody forest products of China is still very low and the main form is vertical intra-industry trade.But the intra-industry trade of woody forest products has becoming more and more important in whole trade of woody forest products due to the rapid development.So some proposals and strategies can be made to promote the development of intra-industry and even the whole trade of woody forest products of China.
