Study On The Ethics Problem Of International Technology Trade

As an important part in the international trade, the international technology trade is playing more and more vital role in the promotion of the various countries economic growth and the world economic prosperous process, but because of economy, politics, culture and so on, some deep-rooted problems in the international technology trade appear increasingly, the most been concerned problem is the ethical issues. This paper hopes to reveal the major ethical issues from economic, political and cultural aspects in the international technology trade, and find the reasons of the ethical problems, then analyze the measures to solve the ethical issues, and promote the healthy development of the international technology trade, start with building the regulation of the fair competition, and establishing an optimum international technology trade regulation which is in favor of building a harmonious global ecology, enhancing the supervision and prevention for the immoral operation in the international technology trade, based on the mutual benefit as the core ethical values and respect of the main trade as the basic ethics regulation.There are totally five chapters in this article. The first chapter is exordium which briefly describes the research background and significance of this article, and the major research and the methods of the study. The second chapter describes the basic conception, the way, the developing general situation, the action and significance of the international technology trade. The third chapter reveals the major ethical problems of the international technology trade, mainly from inequalities, loss of integrity issues, disrespect phenomenon, as well as the impact of the ecological environment to outline; The fourth chapter analysis of the cause of ethical problem in international technology trade, make a useful simplification discussion from four aspects like economic reasons, political reasons, cultural reasons and social reasons. The last chapter puts the detail measures to solve the ethical issues in the international technology trade.First, a fair competition regulation should be built in the international technology trade. The target of mutual benefit in the international trade we realized is to establish a set of reasonable competition regulation, and make the competitors compete on a fair basement, to achieve the mutual benefit by competition, rather than to abandon the competition.Secondly, the international technology trade should be mutually beneficial to the integrity of its core ethical values. Engaged in the process of international technology trade, integrity is a basic ethical principle and the basement of the success to the trade, and the principle of mutual benefit is the core values of ethics in the international technology trade.Thirdly, the international technology trade should be based on respecting for the main trade ethics. We should implement the mutual respect of sovereignty, the principle of reciprocity, integration and fight against both the principle of coexistence of diversity and the principle of consent in the international technology trade.Fourthly, a harmonious global ecological benign mechanism should be built in the international technology trade. In order to make the international technology trade both to promote the global economic development and without compromising the global ecological environment, we should strive to building a harmonious ecological ethics conducive to the achievement of a virtuous mechanism of international technology trade.Fifthly, we should strengthen the international technology trade operations to guard against unethical and supervision. International technology trade transfer can not trade non-profit business in developing countries, in order to put an end to the immoral side of technology transfer operations, the most feasible way is to take preventive and monitoring measures in order to reduce the harm to developing countries.
