It brings new employments and expedites adjustment of industrial structure in rural regions.It produces active impulsion for the reviving of rural economics,solving the "Sannong problems"(the country,agriculture and peasantry problems),realizing harmony development between urban and rural economics and society.Guizhou possesses abundant tourism resource,natural landscapes and abundance and diversity of minority feeling,which provides resource conditions to develop tourism for Guizhou country.And developing rural tourism will play an important role in transferring rural labor and resolving rural questions for the Guizhou countryside locating in special regions.Firstly,rural tourism is a industry with dense labor,and special technology is easily mastered,so obtaining employment is relatively easy. Secondly,rural tourism industry with high relevancy,wide influence effectively adjust rural industrial configuration,and the adjustment of the industrial configuration provide the wide space for the rural labor employment.Finally,rural tourism development takes the farmers as the main anticipated objects,and rural labor may anticipate the tourism management and service,so the aspects on the anticipation are very wide.On the basis of tourism,sociology,tourism economics,economic geography and statistics,the paper adopt inside data collection,practical investigation and observation and analytical comparison.Under the study on some literatures taking the rural tourism as objects in China and the guidance of the relative the theories,the paper puts forwards to the feasibility and necessity about the rural tourism development for the labor transfer,the relative system is analyzed under the rural tourism development of rural labor transfer mechanism and rural tourism industry structure and labor force shift channels,through the model and analysis software SPSS,the simulation analysis of model,and finally the model test,the following research papers obtained conclusion:(1) Based on current research literature on comprehensive collection and analysis,different period for China's rural tourism research hot and focus.Current research on rural tourism to pay more attention to the development of rural tourism is the role of the rural community economic development of rural tourism,and about to solve the employment of rural labor,lack of systematic theory research.Therefore,the paper puts forward the necessity of research.(2) Reviewing the serial theories about rural labor transfer in China and world,he paper finds that the rural labor transfers to the tourism industrial department,which not only realizes local transfer,integrated transfer and increases the incomes,but also may avoid some constrained factors for the different transfer models to decrease the cost devotion.At the same time the paper puts forward to the feasible and necessary for the rural labor transfer resulting in rural tourism development model.In the analysis of rural tourism development in guizhou in the practice of the model,find different tourism development mode labour-force participation in different ways.At the same time,due to the characteristics of rural tourism itself a seasonal labor,insufficient investment and development scale as the "weak,dispersed and render ",and the influence of such phenomenon in scale,the villagers farmers in guizhou and influence the quality of low degree of participation in tourism development,etc.(3) The article analyzed the current situation in China and Guizhou Province of the transfer of rural surplus labor force characteristics and problems,found in rural surplus labor transfer to the rural tourism investment cost is a small,rapid shortcuts.The article also analyzed the current Guizhou Province tourism development has the advantages and problems.Based on the reason of transfer of rural surplus labor force to present,the analysis of the development of rural tourism under the conditions of the rural surplus labor transfer has two main aspects of dynamic mechanism:First,internal factors,the population economic pressure,the population resources pressure;second,external factors, including agricultural income is low,in urban and rural income gap,the market demand,and the policy guidance;according to the rural tourism development mode,analysis of the different development modes of rural tourism industry structure and labor transfer characteristics of time and space.(4) From the DongGongSi of the data collected were analyzed and calculated,rural tourism industry were set up to realize the employment population summery Y;rural tourism from population and the rural population income gap is explanatory variables X₁;rural tourism practitioners in average income population is explanatory variables X₂; rural tourism year total investment is explanatory variables X₃;rural tourism revenue is explanatory variables X₄.Establish model,using the analysis software SPSS,the simulation analysis of model,the model is Y=0.26+0.077X₁+1.415X₂+1.365X₃+3.925X₄,and the model test,conclusion——rural tourism revenue,rural tourism practitioners in average income population,rural tourism year total investment,the three indexes for the transfer of rural surplus labor force is the most significant influence,rural tourism from population and the rural population income gap is notable effect.(5) Model conclusion,rural tourism development in pulling on the transfer of rural surplus labor force has great significance,introduction of rural tourism development in main mode,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different,puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for Guizhou Province rural tourism development.
