In order to simulate the competion of power generations better, this paper use the game theory of Applied Economics and nonlinear optimization method to develop the research on equilibrium of electric power supply chain with fuel market,with a view to providing the useful basis of quantitative decision ,measures and suggestions for the supervison and operation mechanisms of power industry. And, the results of this paper has theoretical value and reference meaning to solve China's current competition between the coal suppliers and power suppliers.The paper give the conception of non-inferior Nash equilibrium firstly,and give a team cournot game model of power spot market combined with the physical properties of transmission network in power system;aiming at the feature of bi-level optimization in the team cournot game model, by using the nonlinear complementarity function to reformulate the KKT system for the optimization problem, the non-inferior Nash equilibrium of power spot market is solved simply and fast.On this basis,study the characteristics of non-inferior Nash equilibrium points in power spot market under different operational conditions of power network, i.e., congestion and non-congestion.Secondly, an non-inferior Nash equilibrium model of electric power supply chain with fuel market is gived. Aiming at the feature of bi-level optimization in the equilibrium model of electric power supply chain with fuel market, by using the nonlinear complementarity function to reformulate the KKT system for the optimization problem, the non-inferior Nash equilibrium of power power supply chain is solved simply and fast. On this basis, take an example of five nodes in power system,analysis the effect between the profits of power suppliers,supply of fuel suppliers and fuel price when the power generation group using the non-inferior Nash strategy.Third, introduced quantity discount contract and revenue-sharing contract ,build a contract coordination model of electric power supply chain base on the non-inferior Nash equilibrium model of electric power supply chain with fuel market. On this basis,take an example of five nodes in power system,study the effect of electric power supply chain equilibrium while the quantity discount contract and revenue-sharing contract is used and profit distribution mechanism between fuel suppliers and power suppliers.
