| Network planning is to determine the best grid structure based on the load growth during the planning stage, In the premise of transporte power to the load center economicly, reliably, safely,make grid construction and operation cost smallest, which is essential for the power grid company's sustainable development, operating performance and market competitiveness.In this paper, the medium voltage distribution network problems of Baotou city are analized systematicly, and the electricity grid load in 2011 is predicted. In accordance with the socio-economic development , the overall urban planning and power load forecasting in Baotou City ,combined with the status of medium voltage distribution network, medium voltage distribution network planning and construction programs is determined, On this basis the investment estimate and economic analysis of is accomplished. |
