China's insurance industry has been developing very quickly some years. The number of insurance company also keeps increasing. Insurance fee income is more and more every years, and insurance depth and insurance density increased very much. But there are many problems in insurance industry of China, one of the questions is trust problem. The trust losing in insurance marketing affect the insurance industry health developing very much. From studying trust problem of insurance companies of China, the article analysis reason of the insurance marketing loss of credibility,and learn form other articles, then have confined trust from the angle of marketing,and put forward the conception of doing business honestly and established systematic trust marketing system model which including trust marketing environment,enterprise's trust marketing tactics, strategies'design and basic construction of the enterprise,trust construction of enterprise value chain and honest employees'training and management.
