Research On The Cost Control Of Long-ping 500KV Transmission Line Project

The Power Grid Project generally has a long construction cycle and needs a large number investment. Under construction of the project, to implement the effective cost control posses the important function in reducing the cost of the construction enterprise and raising the economic efficiency. Compared with the advanced countries of the world, our country's research and the application on cost control of the Power Grid Project still exist a certain disparity, therefore, it is necessary to carry on the reasonable definition and effective control for the cost of the Power Grid Project. In this article, it expounds the theories of the cost control comprehensively, analysis the current station of the cost control of the Power Grid Project, bases on these theories, this article take the Long-ping 500KV transmission line project as the object of the research, analysis its cost control completely and scientifically, find out the existed problems and the reasons, finally to praise the corresponding countermeasure.
