| Power network construction project as essential facility has important significance to support the development of social economy. Cost control evaluation in power Grid Company is significant for its economic benefit. This paper reviews the correlative research about the cost control and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad. Influencing factors of basic construction project cost control about power Grid Company in China are analyzed. The system of evaluating indexes of basic construction project cost control about power Grid Company is established scientifically. Analytical hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the indexes. Multilevel matter-element analysis model is introduced into the basic construction project cost control about power Grid Company, which provides a new way for the basic construction project cost control about power Grid Company.
