Study On The ISO14001 Effectiveness Of Cigarette Aluminizing Transferring Project

The international standard organization set up the ISO/TC207 environmental administration committee in June 1993, with the aim to respond to the slogan of the UN --"sustainable development". The goal of the committee is to launch the formal work of the environmental administration, and then based on these work, to provide some useful advices for the voluntary management of the enterprises and the social groups. According to these procedures, the environmental management could be improved substantially, and then, the global"sustainable development"and the environmental protection could be applied smoothly and successfully.Recently, more and more enterprises are being eager to pass the authentication of the ISO14001 environmental protection system. In the result, it is necessary for the enterprises to pay much more energy on the study of the efficient environmental protection system pattern. The first part of the essay is the content, with the aim to introduce the background and the meaning of the essay, the recent situation in and abroad of the ISO14001 environmental authentication, and structure and innovation. The second is the theory introduction part of the ISO14001 environmental authentication system, the background, the content, the character and the application model and the effectiveness. The third part mainly talks about the effective elements of the ISO14001 system, which is carried out in the cigarette aluminizing transferring project. These elements include seven parts, the environmental elements, the material elements, the producing skill elements, the production fessibility elements, the influnec elements of the industry in and abroad. Basing on these seven elements, the validity promotion project is carried out. Some useful elements are selected. The fourth part is the foundation of the evaluation model of the cigarette aluminizing transferring project, the main idea is put forward, mainly talking about the main factors how to selected and evaluated, the main factros analyzing mathod is used during this process. The fifth part is based on the main factors which have been selected in the fourth part, and a BP neural net model is set up to prove that the production has really been optimized after the ISO14001 project. On the base of the front statement and demonstration, the six part is the conclusion of the whole thesis.
