| ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) is a management system based on information technology with the principle of systematic management, aiming to provide enterprise management and staff with decision-making devices.After China's entry to WTO,to meet the challenge of international tobacco companies,national cigarettes enterprises began to adopt ERP system to integrate enterprises resources,optimize manufacturing flow and increase the competitiveness.Project management is an advanced and scientific theory.Combining ERP system implementation with project management theory will result in a more effective and scientific implementation.In this article,project management theory and methods are applied to ERP project in cigarette manufacturing enterprise.This has important real and theory bearings, not only because success probability of ERP project will increase,but also because project management theory is popularized,level of management for IT and other projects in cigarette trade will be enhanced.This article introduces project management concepts,evolution of ERP, connotation of ERP project,the application of ERP in cigarette manufacturing enterprise,and the problems found;by exemplifying the ERP system implementation in Qingdao Cigarette Factory,analyzes some key factors in ERP project implementation process:ERP project type-choosing, organization structure,team-building,project plan management and risk management;discusses some solution and operable measures took in ERP implementation process in Qingdao Cigarette Factory.It is concluded that the key factor in ERP project implementation in cigarette manufacturing enterprise is the analysis and control of ERP project type-choosing,organization structure and process management. Though the existence of risk is inevitable,but its real occurrence still can be controlled by precaution and formulating reasonable answer steps. Hope those measures can help the enterprises which implement ERP project afterwards. |
