With the development of domestic urbanization level,consistent increase of per capita disposable income and improvement of living standards and cigarette consumption ability,it is the development trend for tobacco industry structural adjustment.National Tobacco Administration attaches great importance of the 12^th Five-Year Plan’s key projects technological transformation,making the subordinate cigarette factories take full advantage of this favorable opportunity and actively carrying out restructuring of cigarette products for increasing economic efficiency.Under this environment,as the key enterprise of cigarette industry,Changde Cigarette Factory establishes its brand development thoughts of 12^th Five-Year Plan with its own characteristics.It is quite necessary to build up off-site cigarette production lines with technological transformation,which is in line with overall planning and development strategic requirements of National Tobacco Administration overall strategic planning and development requirements.Changde Cigarette Factory Project is the study object in this thesis.Based on large number of references,this thesis analyses project schedule management issues in the project construction of Changde Cigarette Factory from the perspective of schedule management,finds out the methods to improve schedule management.Firstly,a large number of references are analyzed in this thesis,and critical chain theory is introduced on the basis of analyzing the traditional schedule management theory and it shortcomings.Secondly,the characteristics of cigarette factory construction project are summarized in this thesis.It proposes the existing problems of schedule management during project construction process,and analyzes the causes.Combining the the characteristics of the cigarette factory construction projects and key chain technology theoretical ideas,this thesis indicates the applicability of key chain technology in the cigarette factory construction project schedule management.Finally,with the practical example of Changde Cigarette Factory construction project which specifically applies schedule management of critical chain technology.
