A Study On The County Economy Based On The Theory Of Industrial Cluster

With the rapid development of the global regional economy, strengthening county economy has become an important way of further promoting the development of regional economy. After bringing forward "strengthening the county economy" during the National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the development of county economy is becoming the focus attracting more attention of people. From the successful experience of some developed counties, it turns out that industrial cluster has become the important and effective factor in boosting the county economy. This paper is based on the studying methods of combination of model analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.This thesis consists of an introduction and a main body of five parts as follows:Part one: This part introduces the different definitions of county economy and its characteristics to illustrate the significant role of county economy in promoting the development of national economy.Part two: This part summarize the latest the research achievement which has been made at home and abroad in the field of industrial cluster. By the introduction of both the theory of regional economy and the model of economic growth, it analyzes how industrial cluster promotes the rapid development of county economy.Part three: It mainly focuses on the analysis of economic effect of industrial cluster and the coupling mechanism between industrial cluster and county economy. Based on the above analysis, this paper finally draws the conclusion that industrial cluster is an effective way to boost the county economy. Part four: This part puts forward some policies for the development of industrial cluster in counties for reference, for example: Characteristic economy as the direction, Strengthen the private economy and foster private entrepreneurs, build industrial districts, make the government department a clear positioning, adhere to sustainable development, integrate into the global value chain.Part five: With the introduction of positive analysis, this part analyzes and summarizes the successful experience on the development of county economy in Rongcheng, Shandong Province in order to provide some valuable and constructive suggestions for other counties.
