Research On The Development Of County Economy From Perspective Of Industrial Cluster

County economy is a systematic system, it is also the connection of industry andagriculture, urban and rural, and it also constitutes the important basis of the wholenational economy. After years of development, the county economy constantly improvesin our country, and gradually forms a distinctive pattern of development. In many countyterritory economy development modes, county territory economy development based onthe industrial cluster reflects the strong vitality and adaptability, it has become one of themost important ways of the county economy development. Development of industrialcluster, the government should take on the responsibility of support and guidance, give fullplay to its due role, and promote the healthy development of regional economy as a whole.County economy as a research object causes the attention of scholars, especially as animportant research field of regional economics, it gets the in-depth, systematic andcontinuous study. Studies on the development of county economy, the first is to clarify theconnotation of county economy, and to connect its development with agriculture, ruralareas and farmers, urbanization and the development of small towns, more can highlightthe fundamental and importance of the county territory economy development in thenational economic development in the future. The successful cases of county economicdevelopment show that the patterns of development of county economy are rich andcolorful, and there are many possible development ways, but no matter what kind of mode,it eventually cannot leave the priority to the development of a certain industry or certainindustries and it’s radiating and driving effect for other related industries. And the successof the industry development is inseparable from the establishment of the industrial cluster,as a result, the organic combination of county economic development and construction ofindustrial cluster has become an important pattern of the county territory economydevelopment.Based on the analysis of the industrial cluster development mode, the competitiveadvantage, the formation mechanism and so on, it can clearly reveal the internalmechanism to promote the development of county economy by cultivating industrial cluster, thus prove the strong advantages and extensive adaptability based on the countyeconomic development model of industrial cluster. The research shows that thedevelopment of county economy depends on the development of the industry, and theestablishment of the industrial advantage is inseparable from the construction of theindustrial cluster.The empirical research of county economy at present stage as well as the currentsituation of the development of agricultural industry cluster in Yantai shows that industrialcluster in promoting regional economic development is promising. Take theagro-industries——wine industry cluster in Yantai for example, the industry has becomethe important engine of part of the county agricultural industrialization development inYantai, and it also greatly promotes the local development of other industries. Yantai wineindustry has obvious characteristics of industrial cluster development, through the SWOTmodel to analyze the industry cluster, it can be found that there are some potentialproblems and put forward some suggestions to solve these problems.
