The Evolutionary Model And Case Study Of Characteristic Industrial Cluster In County Region

After reform and opening, a cluster of privately owned middle and small enterprises developed from local cottage industry such as Qinghe cashmere, Anping silk screen in Hebei province and some industrial clusters in Guangdong and Zhejiang province, have flourished. These enterprises agglomerate in a county region and carry professional and low-cost manufacture on a large scale with few differences in product, and at the same time they absorb a great deal of surplus labor force in countryside from vicinity. These clusters have form economics of scope and cached competitive advantage in market competition, gradually turning into a lifeful rising point of county economy. At present more research in china focus on the emergence and development of industrial cluster and is short of researching on whole evolution process of industrial cluster. From this point, according to analyzing evolutionary impetus and process of CICCR, it will provide reference for county region without industrial cluster. In practice, it will contribute to promoting the development of local economy and strengthening the regional competitiveness;In theory, it will perfect the study about industrial cluster.Firstly, applying the principle and method of ecology, the dissertation shows the composing, value flowing, competition and cooperation of industrial cluster community system. According to introducing value chain and enterprise cluster, this part places emphasis on explaining value flowing and competition of industrial cluster community system;Secondly, based on the above part, the dissertation discusses the development impetus of CICCR. Technical learning and diffusion which causes to the enhancement of technological capability of industrial cluster is thought to the ultimate push. Technological capability increasing for CICCR is a process which first introduces innovation source from the outer and then diffuses them in the inner;Thirdly, by importing logistic growth curve, evolvement process of CICCR is divided into initial stage, growing stage, ripe stage and sustainable stage. Then it is concluded that the development of CICCR not only comprises the size expanding but also technology innovation. Moreover, the latter is the crucial factor for durative development of CICCR;Finally, apply the above conclusions to analyzing the case of Qinghe cashmere cluster, then put forward relevant countermeasure.
