With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's private economy has grown by leaps and bounds,which has become an important part of our economy.The World Tourism Organization predicts that in 2020,China's total tourism income will reach 8 percent of GDP by then.And there is great potential to attract private capital in tourism.Private tourism enterprises have shown good momentum of development.At the same time,factors that plagued private tourism enterprises'development have appeared constantly,For example,the difficulty of capital raising,the defects of management,the frequent loss of core employees and so on.The large loss of core employees has become a major problem to restrict the development of private turism enterprises.If this problem can't be resolved, it would be difficult for private tourism enterprises to win the competition in 21st century.This paper tries to find some effective methods to resolve this problem by analyzing the reasons and influence of core employees losing,and provide a theoretical guidance for private tourism enterprises.First of all,this paper talk about the background of this topic,research methods and ideas, research situation at home and abroad,related concepts and theories.Secondly,this paper shows the situation of core employees losing in China's private tourism enterprises,and analyzes the direct and indirect effects which is caused by this problem.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the reasons of core employees'losing from several sides.The main reason is the problem of enterprises'own management.Finally,this paper gives corresponding suggestions.This is the emphasis of this paper.It is the basis of all measures to establish a correct concept of employment.Enterprises should pay attention to human resources management;It is the guarantee for all measures to be carried out smoothly to construct attractive corporate culture;It is a prerequisite for human resources management to draw up human resource planning;It is the key to retain talent to build the excitation mechanism of core employee.Enterprises should build an excitation mechanism that is suitable for the features of core employees; Guarantee mechanism will help the enterprises to have a long-term prevention of core employee losing,and to prevent the enterprises from sinking into trouble when core employees leave.
