Shenyang L’Oreal Distribution Company is responsible for the sales in thirteen cities as a representative of the cosmetics industry in Liaoning Province. The company’s core employee loss is universal in the current industry. There are many problems in the management of the core employee. In some ways, it has restricted the development of the company’s long-term health. Company executives also come to realize the necessity and importance of strengthening the core employee management. Therefore, the research will recognize that retain core employees is the company to sustainable development of resources and wealth. Any time the core elements of the company’s development are inseparable from the sale of products and services provided by people. The enormous risk of loss of core employees on the company is no longer just a case management. It must be raised to the height of the organizational strategy. Establish a set of management mechanism for the loss of core employees. Propose a solution that control of the loss of core employees. It provides a useful guide to resolve management conflicts and contradictions between the two sides and to improve the effectiveness of the company, L’Oreal distributors to strengthen management will promote the development of practical significance. Also has some reference to other companies at the same time.Loss of core employees also means the loss of the company’s core competitiveness.
