Within the growth of economic globalization,many excellent companies are seeking for the opportunities in the international market while the domestic market has the high competition.They want to figure out the new demands to expand their market share.Therefore,human resource has been the most important capital for the international investment.More and more companies are eager to recruit great people into their organizations.Under this environment,much more core employees who have great competencies will not be satisfied with the current job or compensation.They will evaluate the work environment,job description,compensation and benefit,and career path in the companies,and compare with those outside of the organization.Then they will decide if they will quit from present company and accept offer from other companies.Therefore,the problem is that the core talent resources of company are keeping losing while the industry keep developed.In order to resolve this problem,HR managers should use scientific human resources management tools to increase the core talents' job satisfaction,strengthen the linkage between core talents and company.The M company,as the research object of this paper,is an American biotechnology enterprise.Its headquarters is located in the central region of USA.The M company has a great human resources management organization globally.Its top management has put a lot of capitals into the talent management.However,its talent management system still has some problem.The talent manager has to put a lot of time into the construction of talent management system instead of the implementation of the system.Therefore,it's very serious that many core talents decide to quit when the company's business has a great development in recent years.So it has affected the further expansion of the business of the company.Based on the human resource data of the M company,we use some theories and researches to analysis the reason for the company's core talent loss phenomenon,including the strategic human resource management,competency model,performance appraisal model,realistic job preview and other related theories of human resource management.We give the suggestion for the mechanism design of strategic core talent retention to keep the reasonable employee turnover rate in order to provide the support for enterprise development rapidly.In the research,on the one hand,we use the relevant theories to explain the employee retention strategies;On the other hand,the company's human resources data,s analysis supports the relevant management theories and practice.In addition,the problem of the loss of core talents is also a popular human resource issue from any other companies.So this study can be used for other companies that have the same problems.
