Feasibility Study On Thermo-electricity Project Of ZhaLanTun Company

Thermo-electricity project is an efficient energy production method. It can reuse the discarded heat and improving the fuel efficiency significantly. At the same time, because of using large capacity boilers, it can reduce the harmful gas emissions. Compared with the traditional energy production methods, it is well-known for energy conservation, improved the environment and enhanced the function of urban infrastructure with good economic and social benefits. In the background of global resource depletion and the increasingly serious pollution caused by fossil fuels, Thermo-electricity project was been given serious attention by all countries in the world. From 1997, our country has also introduced a number of policies and regulations to support the development of Thermo-electricity project, many large-scale projects begin to start.Feasibility study was a scientific method and indispensable working stage for investment decision-making, it provide reliable information before decision-making. Thermo-electricity projects are characterized by large-scale projects, the long construction period, technical complexity and involving multi-unit. And Thermo-electricity projects are more dangerous than other construction projects. Once the risk of accidents occurred it always causing great damage. So it has great practical significance to make a feasibility study to ensure investment in scientific, rational and cost-effective.It got substantial first-hand information by in-depth study and research. Then it evaluated the project using the theory and practice combination methods, and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combination methods. At a specific aspect of the feasibility it studied strictly according to the relevant provisions. For example, in used the product balance analysis between supply and demand in marketing analysis, and it taken a break-even analysis and Sensitivity analysis in the cost-effectiveness analysis.This article is divided into three parts on the overall. The first part introduced the background of the subjects and the significance of the research, and then summed up the researching status quo at home and abroad. In part two, it introduced the background and necessity of the project firstly, and secondly it did a comprehensive assessment on many aspects, like the market supply and demand analysis, project conditions analysis, project construction program analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and risk analysis. Part three is the conclusion. It obtained the results of the feasibility Analysis.We hope to get some beneficial experience through this study, and it will be helpful to similar projects.
