Study On Rural Residential Land Readjustment On The Base Of PSR Model

Rural settlement is the prominent problem in modern society. The problem of rural land use is outstanding such as low land use efficiency and small volume ratio. At the same time, serious environmental and social problems are caused due to the relationship between the uncultured development of rural economy and social economy. Under the guidance of new rural construction and scientific development concept, the rural settlement reorganization becomes a hot topic with the tough background of arable land protection and food security. The rural settlement reorganization will help to push the process of new rural construction, to propel the protection of arable land and food security, and to promote the coordination of urban-rural development. Therefore, it's necessary for us to study the rural settlement reorganization to provide theoretical support for the implementation of this work. It should also be paid more attention and be researched specially in the field of land resource administer,which has realistic and practical significance.The PSR conceptual model is used in this paper to do a systematic study on the rural settlement reorganization taking YiNing city as a case based on previous studies. There are totally eight chapters. In chapter I and II, the paper reviews the previous studies and summarizes main theoretic and research methods of rural settlement reorganization. Then PSR model of rural settlement reorganization is made up in chapters III, IV, V, VI. The third chapter analyses the mechanism of PSR model, which expound the driving force, organize status and response to economical society of rural settlement reorganization in Chapter IV, Chapter V and chapter VI respectively. Empirical analysis is done in Chapter VII in case of Yining to evaluate the area grades about driving force, potential, suitability and efficiency which presents three-level reorganization region of Yining and puts forward protection measures of it. The paper's main conclusions and questions which still need to be further studied are drawn in chapter VIII.
