Xinjiang has a long history of settlement, Until today, it still plays an important role in the formation and development of the multi nation state in our country,Ordinary tourism has been unable to meet the public demand for "new and different", The tourism as a special form of tourism attraction, To a certain extent, to meet the special needs of tourists., This research mainly for the settlement of contemporary tourism, including Junken tourism, industrial tourism and agricultural tourism and red tourism and so on, By obtaining the tourists’ sensory diverse experience and personal perception evaluation and opinion feedback directly affects the settlement tourism word-of-mouth publicity and image positioning.Under the condition of intense market competition, the perception of tourists is regarded as one of the most effective measures to improve the competitiveness of tourism destination,The research on Xinjiang tourism settlement as the research object, combing the general characteristics of the tourism resources and tourism reclamation. Combing the general characteristics of tourism resources and tourism land reclamation, From the perspective of tourists starting in areas with abundant tourism resources in Shihezi, Wujiaqu and bole, rocky valley and other settlement to carry out questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation and interviews and other methods to obtain first-hand information, through full understanding of tourists visit before and after the actual situation, further master the true mentality of tourists., Summary of previous research experience, establish the evaluation indicators affect tourists travel before and after, to establish the evaluation index system, through centralized- discrete degree analysis before and after the tourists’ perception, were analyzed by paired samples t test, and analysis of tourists visit before and after the perception gap, Using IPA quadrant analysis and IPA index analysis to explore the influence factors of the psychological gap before and after the tourists visit. Social characteristics analysis of tourists, tourists and the behavioral characteristics of tourists subsequent tourist behavior and perceived performance correlation. The conclusions are as follows,(1)the broad prospects for development of tourism resourcesFrom the perspective of tourists’ perception of tourism development, settlement information alone is not enough to develop tourism,, To truly settlement in Xinjiang tourism resources of the business bigger and stronger, we should according to the results of the investigation from the point of view of the tourists are suitable to improve infrastructure, Combination of tourists like boutique tourist routes, the diet has the characteristics of mining and on current situation of the existing settlement travel through the tourist expectations and perceived performance was improved, due to the low visitors to station troops to open up wasteland tourists this tourism resources of various factors that influence the perception. Therefore, its development prospect is broad.(2)the tourists recognized is settlement in the direction of tourism developmentThe tourism of Xinjiang military reclamation in Xinjiang has a certain degree of visibility, but Xinjiang tourism market is not large, main reason is due to the propaganda is not high, station troops to open up wasteland and tourism the main force mainly to students and people of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps "mainly, Secondly is dominated by businessmen, most of the students and "corps" is mainly by organizational unit, the tourists in Xinjiang accounted for 56.5%, 43.5% of Xinjiang foreign tourists, but the revisit rate up to 84.5%, the recommended rate of 82.5%. Therefore the tourism of Xinjiang military reclamation has strong vitality, surrounds the visitor satisfaction, won the affirmation of the tourists and approval directly influence to the future development direction of station troops to open up wasteland and tourism, expand publicity is very important, and mature development of fine lines combined tie-in sale is top heavy.(3) tourists tourism resources in the settlement of expectation perceived differences compared with the general tourists to station troops to open up wasteland and tourist perceived performance are further classified into four levels: Influence factors of tourists performance is very satisfactory:(1)Traffic Safety(5.59%) >(4.44%) > residents attitudes(4.23%)>accommodation(3.75%)>guides attitude(1.53%)>scenic features(0.85%).(2)Factors affecting the performance of tourists perception satisfactory diet(8.61%) > guide(7.42%)(3)There are scenic spot price(14.26%) > line arrangement(14.31%) > Travel Advisory(10.00%) > attractions diverse sex(9.67%),(4)The factors of tourists perceived performance is not satisfied with the tourism marker(50.2%) > food prices(36.5%).To influence tourists’ perception of the influencing factors of settlement status of tourism development are analyzed, development strategy advices for settlement of tourism, enhance visitor satisfaction and narrow the performance gap between expectations and perception, to further promote the comprehensive development of tourism of Xinjiang military reclamation.
