Founded the commodity housing price and its major effect factor relations regression model, and through to Xinjiang commodity housing change of price empirical analysis, obtains each major effect factor to it and the change influence and the influence direction.The paper finally according to commodity housing market development realistic need, how to regulate it to put forward the proposal reasonably.
