Research On The Development Of Wuhan Sporting Goods Manufacturing Industry Cluster By Virtue Of High-tech Park

Manufacturing industry is a strategic industry for national economic development. Highly developed manufacturing sector is a prerequisite for industrialization, an important indicator to measure the international competitiveness of the country, and the key factor to determine the international division of labor status in the process of economic globalization. Hubei Province is one of China's central provinces. Wuhan is of the central city among the central provinces, and it is the main old industrial base and manufacturing base of our country. To revitalize manufacturing sector is the key to accelerate the restructuration of old industrial Bases, and to realize the rise of central China.From an international perspective, sporting goods manufacturing industry as an important branch of sports industry, is a bright spot to develop into the post-industrial society, the significant growth point in national economic development. How to solve reasonably speed and quality of development of Wuhan's sporting goods manufacturing industry and look for a well-established and development models and path which are in line with municipal conditions is an urgent and important problem which governments at various levels, the industrial circle, and the general theory of workers have to face. As the middle organization form between enterprises and markets, industry cluster built on the basis of specialization is a kind of space industrial organization with the characteristics of network. By use of the characteristic industrial system formed by these enterprises in the Park, to develop Wuhan sporting goods manufacturing cluster by virtue of High-tech Park is an effective way to strengthen Wuhan's regional competitive advantage.From the relevant theories of manufacturing and industrial cluster, the paper analyzes the connotations of sporting goods manufacturing and High-tech Park, and describes the rise and development stage of High-tech Parks in China; then, on the basis of overview of the sporting goods manufacturing in China and Wuhan, the paper summarizes some problems, such as, small overall size, low quality, and worrying talent. Taking the manufacturing cluster of sports shoes in Jinjiang of Fujian Province and one in Italy as examples, the paper sums up experience and hints, and studies the basic conditions and the advantages in terms of convenient transport conditions and the level of sports consumption to develop Wuhan sporting goods manufacturing cluster by virtue of High-tech Park; finally, comprehensively applying multi-discipline knowledge of economics, management science and sociology, the paper he paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures: The governments should strengthen the support and guidance; improve mechanism of the sports industry development; build the first national sporting goods manufacturing park, namely"Silicon valley"of Wuhan sporting goods manufacturing industry; and establish Wuhan sports industry group, and carry out strategic alliance.
