Research On The High-end Of China's High-tech Industry From The Perspective Of Industrial Clusters

With the arrival of science and information revolution,the development of high-tech or emerging industry has become important part of international competition,especially in recent years,it is regarded as the important point of capturing science and technology market.However,because of resources and environment and land constrained,many industries are trapped in low-end manufacturing plight,and this is the reason why those high-tech industries with low added value,and technology innovation and low working efficiency are locked in the low end of the industry value chain which cannot reach the potential of high-tech industry.Therefore,we need to promote the procession of industry high-end development,which can adjust the industry structure and transfer the development pattern of the industry,realizing the upgrade of industry.In view of this point,this article attempts to analyze the ways to realize the high-end development of high-tech industry under the ground of high-tech industry cluster.There are seven chapters in this paper,the first chapter is the main introduction,and the second chapter is about literature review,and the third part is related concepts and theory,in this part the paper tries to describe high-end industry and effect of high-tech industry cluster.The fourth chapter is about the present situation of high-tech industry and cluster.The next chapter based on the existing research builds the evaluation systems on high-end of the high-tech industry and cluster effect.The six chapter analyzes the relationship between high-end of the high-tech industry and high-tech industry cluster effect.Finally,according to the result,the paper tries to provide advice and suggestion to promote the procession of high-tech industry high-end development.According to the empirical results,on the one hand,the effect of industry cluster has a positive effect on high-end level of the high-tech industry,that is,scale economies effect and innovation effect and soft environment effect play a important role on the explanation of high-end level of the high-tech industry.Second,Granger test shows that high-end level of the high-tech industry doesn't affect the development of high-tech industry cluster.This is due to the truth that high-end level of the high-tech industry in our country are in low level,so that many companies are still at the low end of the value chain system.Meanwhile,those high-end companies are trapped in the low-end manufacturing situation.Considering all these aspects,it is difficult to form high-end industries cluster.
