The paper surveys basic data of enterprise for further analysis and sorting out, from the reasons, investment ways, sources of information channels, the scale of investment as well as the areas of the enterprises coming to Changchun for investment investment and so on, making analysis and the views of targeted, hoping to take on foreign enterprises in Changchun development some useful suggestions, which will made some contribution to economic development in this city.
