This article focus on the business analysis of China Telecom BJ branch BEST TONE service business model.BEST TONE is one of the key services of China Telecom shifting from telecom service provider to integrated information service provider.BEST TONE is voice message consult service for public users and enterprise users.This article provides analysis on the business model of BJ Telecom BEST TONE service based on the theory from Processor Weng Junyi.With investigating the implementation issues,this article finally explores the solutions for innovate improvement.This article is divided into three chapters:Chapter 1 IntroductionStarting with the introduction of the background and te structure of this article, briefly introduces the Business Model Theory composes by Processor Weng Junyi.ChapterⅡ- BEST TONE Business Model analysis and issues investigationAfter the brief introduction of BEST TONE service,studies the business environments including Platform Environment,Inside Environment,Roof Environment,Customer Environment,Partner Environment;Then analysis the business model including the Value Argument,Value Support and Value Retaining, through the aspects of voice search,teleshopping and media communication.Finally, gives a detailed description on the bottle neck,critical issues come from BJ Best Tone implementation.ChapterⅢ:Recommendation on BEST TONE service development in BJ telecom.This chapter focus on the recommendations regarding how to improve and optimize the BEST TONE service implementation in BJ telecom.Finally,gives the outlook of BEST TONE with the full picture of Telecommunication Industry trends.
