| China has attracted a large amount of capital as it maintained social stability and achieved rapid economic growth through reform and opening up to the outside world over the past three decades. The capital from the overseas Chinese plays a predominant role in all the foreign capital. Because of its advantageous geography and favorable investment environment, Shanghai becomes the top city they choose to invest in China. Recently, both of the number of the overseas Chinese and the amount of the foreign capital they invest are increasing quickly, which gave a great push to the economic development of Shanghai. To understand the entrepreneur patterns of the overseas Chinese and analyze the influence factors of entrepreneurship can help us to grasp the laws of entrepreneurship and absorb the successful experience. It also can help the overseas department to improve the service level, then to establish a self-renovation atmosphere.The dissertation is consisted of five chapters. Chapter one is introduction. Research context, concept, research design of the paper are offered. Chapter two offers a theoretical analysis of the paper, which primarily comprise the definition of entrepreneurship among scholars at home and abroad, the related theoretical of entrepreneurial models. The whole Chapter II provides a theoretical theory for the chapter three and Four which analyzes the influencing factors of entrepreneurial models; Chapter three analyzes entrepreneurial models of Overseas Chinese's corporations, which chiefly uses interview information collating and analyzing several kinds of entrepreneurial models about Overseas Chinese, and then in this chapter we discussed the successful entrepreneurial models simply; Chapter IV is the analysis of the influencing factors of venture about Overseas Chinese, which basically uses the data of questionnaire, adopts Principal Component Analytical Method and then we divide the factors into physical capital, human capital and technical capital ultimately; Chapter Five, the last chapter, is the thinking of venture of returnee, which base on the study of the foregoing chapters primarily thinks about the development trend of entrepreneurial Overseas Chinese in Shanghai, the practice of attracting foreign investment of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Department and how to favoring and successful entrepreneurship toward to the businesses of Overseas Chinese from demographic views.The conclusions are as following:1. The entrepreneur patterns of the overseas Chinese are as follows: According to the investment subject, some enterprise are undertook by individual and the others are undertook by their parent enterprise; But the former pattern is the majority. Undertook by their parent enterprise is the development pattern after they starting a business successfully. According to the entrepreneur, most entrepreneurs of the Overseas Chinese are innovators; According to the origin of originality, most Overseas Chinese give priority to developmental enterprises that own advanced management mode abroad and self-innovative achievements; According to the levels of innovation, most of the overseas Chinese choose to innovate in the technique of their products and pursue to the new markets; According to the relationship between the oversea Chinese and China, most of them are dumbbells patterns.2. The main influencing factors for the Overseas Chinese to undertake an enterprise are technique capital, material capital and human capital. It is easier to make a success in his familiar field; It is vital for the overseas Chinese to have patented technology .Invest in the appropriate subject is of great importance for the overseas Chinese's entrepreneurship; The entrepreneur or working experience can do better to their entrepreneurship; Capital is the key factor; and different subject have different needs of capital; Those who entrepreneur in a regimental manner are easier to financing; Human capital is also a important factor for the success of entrepreneurship. |
