A Preliminary Construction Of Business Model For Cement Firms Of Z

This paper expound the establishment of business model of the Chinese cement industry in the new situation with regard to the background of facing further consolidation , the foundation of "meso-scopic" business model which proposed by Professor Weng junyi of Xiamen University and the experience of myself about cement industry. On the basis of the theory of "meso-scopic" business model, this paper analysis the complex environment of cement industry about resource, power resource and the environmental protection policy. According to the analysis of the environment, we try to break the bottleneck of territoriality and the competition of low level, look for the growth point for profit and raise the new value proposition of providing the professional and system solutions with customer.This essay is composed of four chapters as follows. In chapter one, the author introduce the research background and review the relevant speculative knowledge. In the second chapter, the author makes a preliminary analysis of business model about cement industry, and analyzes the reasons why the business model of cement industry should be innovated. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the circumstances of Z firm before innovation. The last chapter raises the new value proposition and builds the new business model.
