In order to make a comprehensive analysis to Jinlong company's technology innovation capability, Based on the current conditions, the author projects an evaluation indexes system and makes a comprehensive analysis to the technological innovation capability about Jin long cement joint-stock company. Through evaluation we can know: Jin long company is weak in resource input capacity of innovation, R & D capabilities and management capacity, but production capacity, marketing capacity and output capacity is better.
