With the promotion of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, people's requirements about consumer goods are more and more high, which results in the increasing number of abandoned products. As a result of competition between enterprises, the enterprises in order to meet the diverse needs of consumers and guarantee their legitimate rights and interests, the type and quantity of returned goods has been increasing. The large amount of waste products brings about the waste of resources and increasing environmental pollution. With the enhanced awareness of environmental protection, the environmental legislation has been improved, so the government and enterprises have to take a hard look at these waste products as well as the returned goods. Many countries began to ask manufacturers to be responsible for the life cycle of products, especially the recovery of waste products. In order to enhance the competitiveness, many enterprises are voluntary to deal with the returned goods effectively and timely. Thus, the reverse logistics as an emerging field of science have come into being, which is becoming a burning question in theoretical circles and business world. So building a reverse logistics system has become a top priority for many enterprises.Against the background, based on the worldwide scholars' study about the theory and practice of reverse logistics, the dissertation discusses the network planning of reverse logistics which is an important part of construction of reverse logistics system. In this dissertation, mainly from the business point of view, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the implementation process of reverse logistics in enterprises and build network models for research.This dissertation introduces the concepts of reverse logistics and elaborates the process of operation. Then analyses the general network of reverses logistics and summarizes the different characteristics of reverse logistics network structure. In view of the relationship with the positive logistics system, built an integrated reverse logistics network of remanufacture model. Then constructs an integrated reverse logistics network of returned goods, each model is equipped with a case to solve and analyze.The innovations of this dissertation include: First, the dissertation discusses the similarities and differences of the structure of reverse logistics network. Second, unlike other studies on the reverse logistics network, based on the uncertainty of recovery amount, the dissertation considers the three main channels which are the use of raw material and the use of accessory and the direct reuse of products in the reverse logistics network of remanufacture model. Third, at present, the study on reverse logistics of returned good is very few; especially study on its network structure is fewer. This dissertation builds an integrated reverse logistics network of returned goods. Finally, this dissertation not only considers the site selection like the general network mode, but also plans the distribution volume in each link and a reasonable delivery path in the structure of reverse logistics network.
