Increasing the human environment, resources are becoming scarce, reverse logistics theory and the business community is becoming the focus of attention. Reverse logistics network structure directly affect the operational efficiency of reverse logistics, so for a car manufacturer, how the rational design of reverse logistics network, how to reverse logistics network planning, is of great theoretical and practical significance. But the current reverse logistics of China and recycling for the construction of the network is still relatively small, the model is sometimes not reasonable, to a certain extent, their limitations.Theory of Constraints is based on behavior of the system and system management. In recent years, theoretical and applied research, has been widely in manufacturing, services, supply chain management and third-party logistics management company, but in reverse logistics, little research in the field. This thesis related literature in learning and absorbing the results of their research based on, for car manufacturers based on constraint theory of reverse logistics network planning business related issues discussed. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the research status of reverse logistics, concepts, characteristics, operational processes, and ideological basis of theory of constraints and metrics system, and other related content;Then, the car manufacturers reverse logistics network structures were classified, described the characteristics of their proposed reverse recovery of the automobile manufacturing enterprise logistics network planning problem to be solved and the design principles;Third, is a key part of Theory of Constraints applied to automobile manufacturing enterprise in the reverse logistics network design, build reverse logistics network planning model, using the genetic algorithm discussed the specific solution of the model, and then reverse logistics network for enterprises planning an empirical analysis, according to the constructed model to determine the enterprise in a variety of reverse logistics network the number of facilities, location and path of each volume of distribution logistics best strategy in the theoretical and empirical analysis based on the proposed the reverse logistics network planning recommendations;Finally, the full text of the paper work to make a summary of research pointed out the shortcomings, and future research are put forward.
