Cyber Marketing for the enterprise opens up a new market space, providing a new business model, which plays an important role in overcoming the shortcomings of traditional marketing, coordinating the relationship between enterprises and customers, and promoting the enterprise development. The problems such as how YT company can function on the rational design and optimization of the site, structure, layout, content and other key elements to achieve the optimal effect on the site features and expressions, to attract users to access, to establish a corporate brand image online for the corporate marketing objectives, and to lay a solid foundation for the realization, are solved not only for the great significance of YT company's further development, but also developing new marketing ideas for China's small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper, under the premise of many available documents, first of all, introduces the theory of Cyber marketing and site optimization; detailed analyzes environment and the status quo of the YT company's Cyber marketing, and points out the major problems of the management in the YT company's Web site based on Web marketing. To solve these problems, the strategy of YT Company's Website optimization and management are presented, combined with Cyber marketing theory and related Website optimization theories, from the website content, technology, brands, services, and enterprises. On this basis the design of 5 dimensions evaluation system on the management performance in YT company's Web site are established and also the performance evaluation and control process of the site management; finally, the research findings and prospects are presented.The expectations of innovation in this paper as following: first, the basic content and meaning of the optimization principles and content are defined from the perspective of Cyber marketing guide; second, the strategy of YT company's Website optimization and management are presented, based on the actual situation and problems of YT company from the website content, technology, brands, services, and enterprises; third, on the basis of analysis in the performance evaluation and principles in the Cyber management, the indicators of performance evaluation in Web site management are proposed from the site, technical , brands, services, and business cooperation, and also the evaluation criteria and evaluation methods of Web site.
