The hotel industry is an industry which contacts highly with people, and face customers directly to provide service. Employee satisfaction can influence the service quality immediately, which affects the customer satisfaction. And employee loyalty has important effect to the hotel image and income. More and more scholars and the supervisors start to pay attention to employee satisfaction and employee loyalty, their influencing factors, as well as relations between them.This article founds on summarizing domestic and foreign research about the employee satisfaction and employee loyalty influencing factor and their relation, and applies in hotel industry. On the bases of data got from Ramada Hotel in Urumqi by questionnaire survey, this article uses data utilization methods of factorial analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and so on, obtains the conclusion that, hotel employee satisfaction influencing factors are: working conditions, leader relations, salary treatment, spiritual repayment, work itself and job evaluation; the levels of employee loyalty are: high praise, care, line of duty and dedication; there are different correlation between employee satisfaction influencing factors and employee loyalty and its influencing factors, and the most remarkable factors influencing employee loyalty are spiritual repayment and working conditions.
