Since China' s reform and opening policy, the non-state running enterprises of Wenzhou have made great progress. The GDP of non-state running enterprises accounts for more than 80 % of GDP. They are becoming the important driving forces of the development of Wenzhou's economy. Therefore, the enhancement of the whole competitiveness of the non-state running enterprises of Wenzhou is not only meaningful for the non-state running enterprises themselves, but also significant to promote the development of Wenzhou 's economy.Internationalization is the important way to promote the enterprises' competitiveness. It is proved by the various countries' practices that internationalization can make enterprises use the international markets in a broader scope and utilize the economical resources on a higher level. Meanwhile, international operation is enterprises' inevitable choice when they step into a certain stage. Many non-state running entrepreneurs have understood the situation clearly. They have implemented international operation while facing many problems. Based on the present situations of the non-state running enterprises' international operation, the thesis seeks to put forward some suggestionsWe put forward strategies proposition about Wenzhou run-by-private capital enterprise internationalization management from the two aspects: entry strategy and grow-up strategy on the basis of synthesizing the macroscopic economic environment and run-by-private enterprise self conditions. And we put forward counter plan suggestions on carrying out the run-private-capital enterprise internationalization strategies from two levels: government supports and enterprises elf.
