Competitive Advantage And Sustainable Development Of Non-state-running Enterprise

Getting full grown along with further development of economic system revolution in our country, non-state-running enterprise becomes more and more important in national economy, and many of them grown in scale and strength. But many of them which could have a good prospect walk to weakness, even death because of different problems. This paper studies the reasons of these phenomena by combining theory analyzing and demonstration. It defines competitive advantage by competitive conditions, enterprise's sustainable development by core idea of sustainable development, and puts forward new competitive model. Then analyzing profoundly , with competitive model, the problems faced by non-state-running enterprises and the main reasons which blocked enterprise's sustainable development, it points out the main problems are not only capital, the person with ability and technology etc, but failed competitive policy of selecting reasonably advantageous competitive element and competitive media.Base on it, this paper gives some advice for non-state-running enterprises sustainable development, i.e. the strategy of development fitting national instructing thoughts, development considering competition firstly, accumulation of competitive element and selection of competitive media, and considering in system strategy of sustainable development.
