Yangzhou Private Enterprises In International Business Empirical Research

Since China's reform and opening policy, the non-state running enterprises of Yangzhou have made great progress. The GDP of non-state running enterprises accounts for more than 57% of GDP in the period of the 10th five-year plan. They are becoming the important driving forces of the development of Yangzhou's economy. But compared with the other areas in Jiangsu, the development of Yangzhou is little higher than the middle level. Therefore, the enhancement of the whole competitiveness of the non-state running enterprises of Yangzhou is not only meaningful for the non-state running enterprises themselves, but also significant to promote the development of Yangzhou's economy.Internationalization is the important way to promote the enterprises'competitiveness. It is proved by the various countries'practices that internationalization can make enterprises use the international markets in a broader scope and utilize the economical resources on a higher level. Meanwhile, international operation is enterprises'inevitable choice when they step into a certain stage. Many non-state running entrepreneurs have understood the situation clearly. They have implemented international operation while facing many problems. Based on the present situations of the non-state running enterprises'international operation, the thesis seeks to put forward some suggestions.Based on massive literatures and investigations, the thesis studies the problems of international operation of Yangzhou's non-state running enterprises. Firstly, it defines the conceptions of non-state running enterprise and the internationalization of firms, and it also summarizes the theories of the internationalization of non-state running enterprises. Then through data collection and collation, the thesis reviews and summarizes the development of Yangzhou's non-state running enterprises. Meanwhile, the thesis summarizes the status of their international operation. Thirdly, it studies the necessity and feasibility of the international operation of Yangzhou's non-state running enterprises. Fourthly, by case study and data analysis, the thesis researches the restrictive factors of international operation of Yangzhou's non-state running enterprises. Fifthly, the thesis discusses the practical model of international operation of Yangzhou's non-state running enterprises. Finally, the thesis proposes some countermeasures on international operation of Yangzhou's non-state running enterprises. In order to promote the enterprises'international competitiveness, this thesis provides some instructions for Yangzhou's non-state running enterprises and gives some suggestions for the government to construct a well-being environment, so that we can promote the development of Yangzhou's economy.
