The Spatial Autocorrelation Analysis Research On Standard Land Price Of Xixiangxian's Farmland

The theoretical method and practice of farmland appraisal have achieved specific results in our country, however, the farmland price system and factor system which influence to the farmland price are still the difficulties in courrent farmland appraisal. Modern methods of spatial analysis provide a means of correct understanding and synthetic evaluation the importance of space location and spatial interaction, provide support for quantitative analysis of spatial pattern. Spatial autocorrelation is a space analysis method for detect and quantify spatial data distribution Patterns. The theory and methods of spatial autocorrelation has been used for research in ecology, biology, genetics, epidemiology, agrology, regional economy, crime and so on, but the case use it to research for farmland price spatial distribution pattern is little.This essay use the standard land price of Xixiangxian's farmland as basic data, support by GIS technology, adoption spatial autocorrelation method, use a means combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, from theory analysis to example demonstration, research for the spatial distribution patterns of standard land price of Xixiangxian's farmland, provide reference and decision basis for farmland appraisal. This essay suggest the feature of spatial distribution of standard land price of Xixiangxian's farmland from the angle of spatial autocorrelation, the results shows that the standard land price of Xixiangxian's farmland has implicit spatial autocorrelation, natural conditions, geographical conditions and traffic conditions are the primary factors influenced on it, they restrict the spatial distribution pattern of the standard land price of Xixiangxian's farmland together.
