Under the macroeconomic basic logic, the operational research, econometric method and the modern economic research model, this article constructs the model to evaluate the economic mobilizaiton for equipments demand effects, after outbreak of wartime, the place, the scale and the conflict object has been carried on the hypothesis, according to 2008 national economy macroscopic index and the industry data in 2002 input-output tables of china, and analyzes the factors constructing the economic mobilizaiton for equipments by using econometric experience, estimates the economic mobilizaiton for equipments scale and structure, and the influence of the national economy and industrial department by the demand.The calculated results indicate that, under the hypothesis war condition, the ratio of national economy influenced by the economic mobilizaiton for equipments is 6.6%, which is beyond the reasonable national economic fluctuation, and the demand effects will not cause the economic depression because it occupies other social resource. In national economic affordability, the economic mobilizaiton for equipments will affect the resident consumption, investment, employment positively; the increase of the demand will advance the development of the economy. The Raw material production of Heavy industry which is represented by petroleum and the natural gas mining industry and the metalliferous ore selection industry is the most deeply influenced by the economic mobilizaiton for equipments demand, The High technology and new technology industry which is represented by communication facility, the computer and other electronic installation manufacturing industry is more deeply influenced, Secondly is The traditional heavy industry which is represented by traffic facilities manufacturing industry, Next is the light industries which is represented by papermaking printing culture facility manufacturing industry, The Non-profit industry which is represented by health, social security and welfare is the most slightly influenced by this kind of demand. The research indicated that our national economy have the strong holding-power to sustain economic mobilizaiton for equipments. Through taking economic development as the center to strengthen National economy foundation; adjusting and consummating government macroeconomic regulation and control mechanism; constructing Equipment economic mobilization featuring military and civilian integration, the Equipment economic mobilization demand can be rapidly and effectively met in the wartime, so the national economy holding-power will be promoted.
