Study On The Research Of The Labour Problems And Ways About Yiyang City

The growth of employment not only means the increasing of income and the improvement of living standard in a country,but it also means social stability and harmony,so employment has a vital bearing on the people's livelihood. Our nation carry out the development strategies to expand employment at all times. Though as a traditional agricultural and less developed area ,Yiyang has rich labor resource. Thereby, it's more important and urgent to the development of Yiyang that how to expand the total employment and achieve economic development and employment growth in positive interaction.At first this article reviewed the employment situation in the West, and meanwhile focused on the analysis of the employment in our country ,which based on the Marxist theory of employment.The second chapter sumed up the theory of the factors which affect employment in detail. It introduced a few concepts which is closely related to employment : the employment rate and unemployment rate, the natural rate of unemployment, the registered urban unemployment rate, At the same time it also refered to some social factors as follows: the economic growth, the labor market, employment system, social security mechanisms, investment in human capital and other factors.Secondly, the article discussed the actual employment situationin Yiyang City. According to the city introduction and employment conditions of Yiyang, which includes the city's labor force distribution, employment situation of rural labor work force and the employment situation of the urban work force, it analyzed the employment characteristics of Yiyang.Then the article concluded the employment problems as below: high ratio of unemployment and hidden unemployment, structural conflicts, poor employment environment, labor exports.Second it pointed out that the harmful effects of the unemployment problem .It not only caused a series of performance such as the degradation of the quality of the workforce, a waste of labor resources, the widening income gap and increasing differentiation between the rich and the poor ,but also be harmful to social stability and economic development. Finally it analyzed the causes of the problem from historical, developmental, matching supply and demand reasons, and so on.Next taken all the above into account , the author concluded that we should take a series of particular strategies and ideas which aimed at the city of Yiyang into practice to achieve the goal of the expansion in the employment. For example, we can by the way of developing the economy ,changing the perception and planing urban and rural as a whole and so on.Finally ,the author sumed up the viewpoints of the article and brought forward the prospects of employment in the city of Yiyang.
