With the development of market economy, the price of crude oil has integrated with international norms, the managers of the oil field concern more and more about the economic benefit of oil field development. Some oil fields, blocks, oil wells have been in the Middle and Later Periods of development, with the rising of water cut, the production declined, so the economic benefit varies considerably. The income of a percentage of the oil fields, blocks, oil wells can not cover the current cost. How to develop the economic evaluation, make the best economic benefit and provide decision basic for the production and management has become the most concern of the oil field manager.This article elaborated on the theory of single well economic evaluation, determination of operating cost, the method of the oil well benefit classification and the research of the method for predicting the cost. On this basis, author made further research about the theory of single well measures benefit evaluation, determination of measures input, Calculation Method of measures indications and the evaluation process for the single well measures. The single well benefit evaluation system and measures evaluation system have been established. By using the evaluation and analysis result, the work of the cost well comprehensive treatment, Optimize the output structure and the entire course evaluation for the oil well measures in Ci Yu Tuo oil production plant achieved remarkable economic benefits.The oil well economic benefit evaluation provide detailed and reliable decision basis for the oil industry to cope with global financial crisis and develop the oil field scientifically, it has important directive to modern reservoir management.
