Study On The Building And Application Of Single Oil Well Cost Management System Of Oil Enterprises

As the change of business environment, the domestic oil enterpizes must strengthen cost management and gain benefit from it in order to survive and develop. Compared to foreign oil companies, our oil enterprizes have many problems,including disability of cost management, deficiency of recoverable reserves,lack of exploitation capital,etc. To solve those problems, this paper set A oil block of Shengli Oil Field as example and treats single oil well, the smallest unite,as cost management object.Accrording to absorbing in modern reservoir management idea, cost driver theory, standard cost management etc, this paper establishes a single oil well cost management system with3dimention that is based on heavy oil production process,connected by comprehensive budgeting and supported by organizational hierarchy,which put much enphersize on combining operation with cost management. This system incudes6parts:comprehensive budgeting of single oil well,single oil well cost control,costing os single oil well,cost analysis of single oil well, the benefit evaluation of ingle oil well and performance appraisal, which has profound effect on oil enterprizes’ scientific,standard and fine cost management.This paper consists of6parts.Firstly, the writer introduced background importance and research techniques. Then,the paper discussed building foundation of the mode. Later on, the third chapter studied on the framework of single oil well cost management system. Chapter4and Chapter5focused on the design and case study of single oil well cost management system,including the policy of single oil well stardard cost, the budgeting of single oil well, the three-dimensional benefit evaluation of single oil well, etc. In the end, the paper brought forward the problems and conditon of popularizing single oil well cost management system and made conclusion.
