Systems thinking have a long history, system science apply to Management which make us rethink to management, so the management model of systemic thinking based on systems theory were emerged as required..With the defects both in the family-business management model and the state-owned enterprises become more and more obvious, it is inevitable to establish modern enterprise system to change the management mode of modern enterprise cultural management. The systemic thinking as a mode of thinking which consider problem wholly and comprehensively .It could be bound to provide us with a more scientific management method in the modern enterprise management based on rigorous logic. The system concept put forward in Ancient Philosophy, and digested by metaphysics of subjectivity of thinking in the modern times, then established with the birth of systems science. The systemic thinking has undergone a long and complex stage of development. The systemic thinking can be widely recognized because it has a more rational mode of thinking, which is able to give more comprehensive dimension for social development and human progress. Modern enterprise cultural management is a complex system, including many interrelated factors that affect each other and subsystems. The system of human's management is one of the complex subsystems.In this paper, human's management in modern enterprise cultural management was divided as a pyramid-like organizational structure and detail carefully, the aim to analysis deeply the roles of the systemic thinking in modern enterprise cultural management by description of the historical evolution of the systematic thinking, the character of traditional business management model and the modern enterprise management. The paper reveals that the systematic thinking has developed an important idea in the construction and management of the modern enterprise culture by problems of system science is applied in the modern enterprise management and systemic construction of enterprise culture.
