Although the definition of corporate culture is multiplex, its most important partis the corporate spirit. In today’s fierce market competition, building the excellententerprise culture is very essential to the development of enterprises, which is thecommon concern of enterprises at home and abroad. As a sub-culture, enterpriseculture is deeply influenced by the local traditional culture, and the construction ofenterprise culture with traditional culture is more conducive to the long-terms tabledevelopment of enterprises. As an important part of China traditional culture and mainrepresentative, the influence of Confucian culture is far-reaching and permeable. Theeastern world is in the Confucian cultural circle; all sides will have the influence ofConfucianism. As the core of Confucianism, Confucian thought’s influence is muchstronger. Therefore, a deeper understanding of Confucian thought and intensive studyon the real value by the thought of Confucian brought to the modern enterprise willnot only has the academic value, but also the practical guidance. This paper study onenterprise culture in Confucian thought angle that is to solve the defects of the currentideas of the construction of enterprise culture in the spirit layer, call on companies tobuild a sound corporate culture, and help the Chinese enterprises to move towards theinternational first-class enterprise development road. This thesis can be divided intofive parts:The first part is introduction,and it introduces the research background andsignificance, research approach, ideas and innovation, discussion of the currentresearch on corporate culture, and definition of the enterprise culture.The second part discusses the current situation of the development of enterpriseculture. Firstly it summarizes the development status of foreign corporate culture,taking Europe, Japan and South Korea America for example, not only analyzes thecharacteristics and problems of enterprise culture in these areas, combined with thecharacteristics of native culture, to explore the causes of cultural characteristics and problems of enterprise; secondly, focuses on the analysis of the obtained domesticenterprise culture in the development of achievement and many problems emerged,from the enterprise itself and the company culture industry and many angles, seektruth from facts to self analysis.The third part: the importance of traditional culture to the enterprise culture.Through analyzing the development status of the enterprise culture, this paper arguesthat in order to build excellent corporate culture in modern China, it must beestablished a profound traditional culture, which is mainly reflected in three aspects:one is the traditional culture influence and role of unconsciousness, easier toemployees and the public recognition and acceptance, has the same root the two is thetraditional culture, to strengthen enterprise culture rooted in force, to give the vitalityof enterprises, help enterprises to take root and steady development, three is thetraditional culture of the enterprise culture with national characteristics, reflecting theindividuality and differences between enterprises, maintain their uniquecharacteristics, conducive to enterprise in the international competition in the talentshowing itself.The fourth part is Confucian thought’s basic function in the enterprise culture. Itreflects in three aspects: firstly, the speculation on benefit and righteous, allowing theenterprises to find the balance point in the collision of material layer and the spiritlayer, establishing the correct values, and the meaning that is to exist generally calmenterprises in the impetuous, allowing enterprises to realize the their social roles;secondly, the researching on the sincerity and faith in Confucian thought will help thereturning of the business of honesty and credit, and letting the enterprise from thelegal constraints to the moral self-discipline to reverse the current enterprises, moralcorruption and bad behavior, purifying the enterprise moral wind; thirdly, theenterprise culture is the enterprise in the ideal state management process by the kerneland forward, it is not only the Renhe between people, but also between person andobjects, and letting the enterprises show solicitude for the construction of ecologicalcivilization and seek the sustainable development of enterprises.The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes how to absorb the essence of Confucian thought, and integrates it into the construction of modern enterpriseculture.
