A Study On Fujian Banking Small Business Finance Service

Owing to the historical reasons, more than 90 percent of the second industries in Fujian are the small and medium enterprises. For many years, large quantities of small and medium enterprises have contributed a great deal to the aspects of tax and creating more jobs. In Fujian province, under the particular economic environment and the external environment that the current financial crisis sweeping the globe, how to maintain healthy and stable economic development has become a pressing issue to support for small and medium-sized enterprises. How to identify the sustainable development of small and medium-sized financial services model has become to the immediate concern to Fujian Commercial Bank. Under these circumstances, combined with my own work engaged in Commercial Banks for many years, I analyze and think the small and medium-sized financial services to Fujian Commercial Banks.By analyzing and commenting the case of the small and medium enterprises in Fujian during my work in Commerce Banks, I put forward measures and suggestion to problems exits in the small and medium-sized financial services. There are four chapters in this paper. In chapter 1, it states the significance of the topics and research status at home and abroad, and describes the writing ideas and framework. In chapter 2, it explains the basic concepts and background of Commercial Banks and financial services, introduces the current status of financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises served by domestic and foreign Commercial Banks, laying the foundation for analyzing the small and medium enterprises. In chapter 3, using the theoretical analysis and examples of analysis, it expounds the necessity of developing small and medium-sized financial services for banks. In chapter 4, it mainly demonstrates and analyzes the local financial conditions and financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprise in Fujian, the major thrust of which is raising the existence of bottlenecks in the financial services and issues by the survey of small and medium-sized analysis in Chang Le. The content of chapter 5 is the important motives for this paper, in view of the problems exits in the financial services of local banks in Fujian, from the bank's market position, it establishes a scientific assessment of the credit system, to streamline processes, innovation of financial service, it puts forward measures and suggestion to the development of small and medium-sized banks in Fujian.
