| The rural tourism, a kind of the tourist taking agriculture as carrier and both industry combined is developed rapidly in the whole world in recent years. It not only utilizes the agricultural and tourist resources effectively ,but also can coordinate the contradiction between two major industries and environments. It is a result of market economy and a new way to develop the agriculture in hill areas where the economy was not developed fast; some places have not even shaken off poverty yet. To develop the rural tourism is one of agricultural structural adjustment methods with the purpose of improving cropping in poor efficiency and economic level of those areas. Therefore, studies on the characteristics of the rural tourism resources and the strategy of its development planning is very important to the development of the ecosystem, economy and society in hills areas.Through the development of rural tourism resources in Mianyang Youxian hill area, it is conducive to the development of tourism, economic development,and it is conducive to improving people's living standards. As a starting point, the focus of this paper analyzed the development environment, and the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of rural tourism resources in Mianyang Youxian hill area, as well as the spatial distribution, product development, circuit design, theme activities, organization and management issues, such as some of my views.Basis theoretical research. Firstly, I passed the relevant theoretical research of rural tourism combing, through the concept of interpretation of the relevant, analysis of the meaning of rural tourism resources, composition, characteristics and classification. Secondly, through the hilly areas and plain areas of Sichuan with a comparative analysis of the environment, led to the development of rural tourism to improve the methods and significance of hilly. Finally,in accordance with the characteristics of hilly, summed up the concept, functions, characteristics, development patterns, guiding theory and principles.Evaluation research. In this chapter, combination of the Mianyang Youxian case, firstly, from the regional development, natural geography, agriculture resources and source markets, to conduct a feasibility study about rural tourism resources in Mianyang Youxian hill area, and overview of the classification table, sum up the characteristics of the resources. Secondly, by constructing models about evaluation of rural tourism resources model, the paper have it quantitative and qualitative evaluation, identify problems in the development, carry out SWOT analysis, and combine with the current direction of development of rural tourism, put forward the general idea.Development research. Through on the part of the evaluation studies, combined with hilly areas of rural tourism development of guiding theory and principles, from the spatial distribution, product development, circuit design, theme activities, organization and management issues, the paper presents a comprehensive study. To highlight the unique charm of hilly terrain of the landscape features to create a different feeling of three-dimensional space, this study put forward for the development of rural tourism Hill area of the scale spatial distribution patterns: Large-scale development model(According to different areas, clearly the development of different geomorphic units);Meso-scale development model (According to high and low-lying, in the sub-level within the same geomorphological unit development); Small-scale development model(Parts of the same crops Landform Development)。Additionally, According to Mianyang Youxian hills conditions of rural tourism resources and characteristics to identify different models of rural tourism product development, combined with the three agricultural tourism, put forward the three agricultural tourism product development models:the model of display the modern rural; the model of characteristics of industry-led; the model of leisure vacation; the model of integrated. |
